- We understand how important it is to you, our customer, to make your hard-earned dollars count. That's why we are proud to offer free standard-delivery ground shipping on all of our on-line orders! We will ship your order to any of the 48 contiguous United States with no added shipping costs. Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada orders may be subject to a nominal shipping fee. International orders may require additional shipping costs also. We will notify you, via the contact information you provide to us, prior to shipment of your order of the need for additional shipping fees. - Returns & Replacements
- We special order your dress in the size and color you choose, and there are absolutely no returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges! It is very important you measure yourself correctly, because after the order is made we cannot make any changes. ALL SALES/ORDERS ARE FINAL! A good rule of thumb for prom dresses is to order two sizes LARGER than what you normally wear. For instance, if you normally wear a size 8, order your gown in a size 10. These measures are in place to protect all of our customers. - You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Brides Atlanta, Brides Atlanta's suppliers and vendors, and their respective affiliates and related entities and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and costs (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs), arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms or your access to or use of the Site and any product or service provided to you arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. The foregoing indemnification obligation shall survive termination of these Terms and the Site.

- By using this site, registering your wishlist or account, you are agreeing to receive promotional materials from Brides Atlanta from time to time. These materials may be in the form of electronic mail or standard mail delivered to your home address that you have provided to us. If you do not wish to receive the materials, you may opt out at any time. An "Unsubscribe" link is always added to our e-mail promotions. You may click this link to have your email removed from our subscription database. If you no longer wish to receive promotional materials through standard mail, please contact Customer Support at cs@ bridesatlantaonline.com . We will promptly remove your mailing address from our lists. However, you may receive one more mailing if your name is not removed prior to that promotion being sent out.
