Return Policy
We special order your dress in the size and color you choose, and there are absolutely no returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges! It is very important you measure yourself correctly, because after the order is made we cannot make any changes. ALL SALES/ORDERS ARE FINAL! A good rule of thumb for prom dresses is to order two sizes LARGER than what you normally wear. For instance, if you normally wear a size 8, order your gown in a size 10. PLEASE MEASURE carefully. To determine your size follow these instructions (DO NOT measure yourself): Bust: Measure over the fullest part of your bust Waist: Measure around your natural waistline 1-2 inches above your bellybutton (which is the smallest part of your waist) Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips
Availability
After you place your order, you will be contacted to get the rest of your information (it is best to leave at least two numbers where we can reach you). You are not charged until after we make sure the dress is available and will be received in time for your event ( we will not place the order if it is less than 2 weeks before your event, unless you are willing to pay extra for shipping: Next Day: $50, Two-day: $30, and Three-day: $20. Regular shipping is free to the 48 contigous States. If the designer has the gown in stock it takes 5-7 business days for us to receive it, and then the gown is inspected to make sure there are not any damages before you receive it. If there are any damages we will get a replacement gown (as long as it is in stock). If the dress is not in stock we will check on getting a replacement gown. It is important to place the order ASAP (even if your prom/event isn't early) because gowns sell out quick. What happens if my item is not available? If your gown is not available you will be notified, and your credit card will not be charged. You will also be informed if there is a size up, size down, or other colors available in the style you selected. Sizing
Most of the gowns are cut for an average height of 5'7 to 5'8. Some designers make certain gowns in extra length, if you need it call us at 770.942.0171 and we will check to see if it comes in extra length.

Can you make a dress in a color that is not listed?
No, the only colors available are the ones listed.
Placing your order
Select a color and size. Simply click the "Add To Cart" link. A new window will open and ask you to confirm your order, and a confirmation email will be sent to you. You will be contacted within 24 hours to verify your order.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your card will be charged when availability is confirmed from the manufacturer.
